Mick Betteridge

Director
Since retiring from a full military career, Mick also served as the CEO of a military charity, where he re-structured the fundraising and welfare delivery to wounded, injured, sick, and those in need. Mick now runs his own business consultancy implementing a proven and step-by-step, consistent, lead-generating marketing and sales system to enable business growth.

Rob Lye

Director
Rob left the Corps in 2004. After various roles completed as a Security Consultant, Paramedic, and Mortgage Adviser Rob settled into Finance working for St James’s Place and is now a Product Manager at Northern Trust.

Ryan Nast

Director
Having spent 12 years as a Signaller, Ryan left the corps in 2012 as an S1 SNCO. Ryan now works as an Associate Partner for IBM within Services for Salesforce, ensuring clients get delivered the best possible technology enabled, business solutions. Ryan is a trustee on the board of the RMA – The Royal Marines Charity.

Sean Foley

Director
Sean ‘The EQ Commando’ is a dedicated coach and trainer with 30 years of real world experience forged from Combat Operations with The Royal Marine Commandos, 3rd world Leadership Development Expeditions to Management and Executive Training and Development for multi-million dollar companies and SMEs alike.

David Mclean

Director
David left the Royal Marines in 2012 as a CSGT after 14 years service. Since then, David has retrained as a psychotherapist, ran a 5,000 strong therapeutic organisation, became a senior lecturer in psychotherapy and coached and mentored olympic athletes and business leaders. Today, David is an entrepreneur in the health and well-being space where he does most of his work within organisations including content writing and delivery of training.

Tim Mitchell

Brand & Digital Director
Leaving the Royal Marines from 42 Cdo's Recce Tp as S2 signals Corporal, Tim successfully graduated with a BA (Hons) Graphic Design degree from the University of Brighton in 2006 and went on to successfully work within leading design agencies in London and Brighton until 2011. Seeking the desire to work for himself, he established Pier 9 in 2019, which guides businesses to grow in a sustainable way through creative identities, effective websites & engaging marketing strategies.

Craig Haslam

Director
Craig, a former Royal Marine and Operator, has excelled in a decorated 27-year military career, notably within a Specialist Military Unit. As the founder of D3A Defence, he leverages his extensive security and operational expertise. Known for his exceptional leadership, he adeptly manages teams, offering specialized training and mentoring. Craig is passionate about assisting military personnel transition to civilian life and is actively involved in charitable initiatives, fostering a supportive community among former Royal Marines and other Militaries.

Rob Kelly

Director
After 12 years in the Corps Rob left as an SNCO to start a career in Consulting and Business Development. Since leaving he has purchased the F35 Lighting 2 Jet, worked in the Nuclear sector and created bespoke recruitment pipelines. Rob now sits in Frazer Nash Consulting where he is responsible for chasing and winning all large CAT A >£200M MOD procurement tenders/ bids.

Mike Davis-Marks OBE

Director
Born in Broadstairs, Kent, Mike joined the Royal Navy after leaving school and enjoyed a 36-year career as a submariner. Highlights include navigating and surfacing a submarine to the North Pole (twice), command of the hunter killer submarine, HMS Turbulent, a posting to the British Embassy in Washington DC before, during and after 9/11 and appointments as Director of Recruiting for the Royal Navy and Royal Marines and Director of Public Relations. Aside from being a Director of Bin2B, Mike is the Military Advisor to TheVeteran.UK, supporting working age veterans. He was awarded the OBE in the 2006 NY Honours.
