Bi2B organises face-to-face networking events in the City of London, and provides remote access to those events via digital platforms. Bi2B is rank agnostic, we help Generals and Marines in equal measure. Potential employers sponsor an evening, guest speakers are selected from amongst the Royal Marines business, and charity communities. Above all, Bi2B provides a catalyst for Royal Marines talent to meet together informally, translate experiences, and find genuine opportunities to further their business aspirations, or directly secure employment.

Our events have taking place since 2018 when a group of like minded individuals were looking to network and socialise within the business community.
During COVID our background activities have been to look to technology to still bring former and serving Bootnecks together and now we can offer a unique offering via Zoom.
Since face-2-face business resumed Bi2b Events have continued to be a successful part of former Royal Marines networking within London and the wider connected business community.
