Rob left the Corps in 2004. After various roles completed as a Security Consultant, Paramedic, and Mortgage Adviser. Rob settled as a Financial Adviser with Circle Wealth Partners and is a Consultant for an E-commerce Start Up.
Mick Betteridge

Since retiring from a full military career, Mick has run his own property rental business, was the Field Operations Manager for a major logistics support company which included setting up a field hospital for an oil and gas company in Uganda, and as Operations and Technical Director in the security and risk management sector he safely evacuated clients from a rapidly declining state in Libya. Mick also served as the CEO of a military charity, where he re-structured the fundraising and welfare delivery to wounded, injured, sick and those in need.
Mick joined Orion Land from the major US Build to Rent specialist, Cortland, based in London, where he was the Chief of Staff and Head of UK Operations.

Sean ‘The EQ Commando’ is a dedicated coach and trainer with 30 years of real world experience forged from Combat Operations with The Royal Marine Commandos, 3rd world Leadership Development Expeditions to Management and Executive Training and Development for multi-million dollar companies and SMEs alike.
David Mclean
Entrepreneur
David left the Royal Marines as a CSgt in 2012 after 14 years service. Over the last 10 years David has retrained as a psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist where he worked within private healthcare. David’s career highlights of note have been a clinical supervisor, senior psychotherapist, senior lecturer, CEO of a 5,000 strong therapeutic organisation. David is a proficient business leader who has successfully run four businesses within the health and well-being sector.
Tim Mitchell

Upon leaving the Royal Marines, Tim successfully graduated with a BA (Hons) Graphic Design degree from the University of Brighton. Working within leading design agencies in London and Brighton, he worked on major creative projects for clients including BBC Radio, Nokia, Vodafone, Penguin Books, Gap and Diesel.
In 2009 seeking the desire to work for himself, he established his first design company and is now a director supporting business to grow in a sustainable way through design and digital marketing.
Ryan Nast

Ryan now works as an Associate Partner for IBM within Services for Salesforce, ensuring clients get delivered the best possible technology enabled, business solutions.

As former service personnel we all are fully aware and support those engaged as reservists and within Bootnecks in2 Business as employees. Employees work regularly with and for the Royal Navy and one of our directors has mobilised globally, 3 times within the past 4 years.
Bi2B actively encourages their employees to contribute to Defence. Additional leave and financial support is provided if required.
